Terms and Conditions*

1. ANA spa is not responsible for any unauthorised use of the card/voucher, and
reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service at any
time.

2. Payments are strictly non-refundable

3. Gift Cards/Vouchers are strictly non-transferable.

4. Gift Cards/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified at point of
purchase for sale or special offer items.

5. Treat the card/voucher as cash. If a card/voucher is lost or stolen, we can cancel it to stop anyone spending your
balance and issue you with a new card/voucher, but we cannot refund any balance
spent on a lost or stolen card/voucher. If your card/voucher is lost or stolen, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.

6. Guests must be 18 and over to attend a spa day.

7. Member’s discount cannot be used to purchase the gift card but may be used when making a purchase with a gift
card/voucher as if it were cash.
